Dr. Casaundra Monique McNair is a dedicated lifelong educator with a diverse career spanning over 20 years in both educational and ministry roles. Her commitment to serving and empowering communities is evident through her extensive work in various educational settings and her active involvement in church leadership.

Dr. McNair began her career as a preschool teacher and has served as a middle school teacher, Principal, Special Education Coordinator, Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Director of Special Education, Adjunct Professor and Executive Pastor.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies, a Master of Arts in Special Education, a Master of Arts in Educational Administration, and a Doctoral Degree in Leadership for Educational Justice.

Alongside her husband, Dr. McNair co-founded The Rhema House, the co-founder of We Blend where she assists families and those blending their families in thriving where they are, and serves as the CEO of The McNair Co, where she is the Chief Consultant, driven by her passion for educating and empowering underserved populations and churches. She often states, "transformative leadership is what is required to truly transform churches and educational environments."

Dr. McNair and her husband are blessed with three young adults: Devin, DeShun, and Dejah. Her personal and professional life is a testament to her unwavering commitment to education, ministry, and transformative leadership.
